This is your PYFP @ Home program but kicked up a notch. This is made for those who are trying to get the most out of their fitness programs. Mark your starting points and work to crush those personal records!
The goal of PYFP @ Home is to provide a program that is safe for people to conduct and feasible for people to execute from home. This section, which includes Standards, are slightly modified from the traditional PYFP. This program had to be modified to be done effectively at home. These standards are meant to provide goals for people to attain, but we understand that there are many variables that affect people's ability to achieve these standards. We simply wanted to create something that encouraged people to keep healthy during these challenging times. Lastly, we want to emphasize that everyone should follow local, state and federal guidelines as it relates to COVID-19. None of these activities should be performed if they require the user to break any COVID-19 rules or guidelines. Use your best efforts and judgement to stay safe while performing PYFP @ Home.
